The Most Important Ice Cream Ingredients
Commercial ice cream makers make use of two main types of ingredients for their products – plain unflavored condensed milk and sweetened condensed milk or 1% enriched condensed milk. Both these mixes have the cream of milk, flavoring, sugar, raisins, and other ingredients to make the finished product. However, not all commercially available soft drinks or sports drinks contain both sweetened condensed milk and ice cream mix-ins. To determine whether a soft drink or sports drink contains both these ingredients, just look at the nutrition facts panel on the can or on the product package.

Only one serving of dessert per day = No sweet tooth. (6 servings = 2 servings).
If you eat dessert every day, limit yourself to 1 dessert per day.
You can still enjoy dessert for breakfast! Replace the other baked goods with fruit and nuts.
If you already have a sweet tooth, you might want to limit yourself to one meal out per day and don’t skip meals.
You need to eat protein at every meal. If you don’t, you won’t feel full. Your brain gets signals telling you it’s full, and your body will stop consuming fat. For example, a bowl of chicken and broccoli is just as satisfying for a sweet tooth as for someone who’s starving.
Did You Know?
About 30% of Americans don’t have any, at all. The brain, for some reason, can’t tell the difference.
Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. “Soft” vegetables are easier to digest.
